Mail General Configurations
Unless otherwise indicated, these are the parameters for configuring mail programs for your mailboxes hosted on WhiteReady's servers.
We provide mail services on both IMAP4 and POP3 protocols.
We also provide the SMTP service and, in case of need for mass mailings, also a Bulk SMTP service.

For the Bulk SMTP please contact WhiteReady.
Le caselle di posta fornite da WhiteReady sono, salvo casi particolari, autoconfiguranti: utilizzando le versioni più aggiornate dei normali programmi di posta come Thunderbird o Outlook è sufficiente inserire l'indirizzo email e la password: il sistema provvederà automaticamente a completare l'intera configurazione.
È inoltre disponibile la webmail, raggiungibile all'indirizzo https://indirizzofacile.it, a cui si accede con le medesime credenziali. La webmail si comporta come un normale programma di posta configurato in IMAP.
Dalla webmail l'utente può, in autonomia, agire su alcune impostazioni, fra cui:
- cambiare la password della propria casella
- impostare un messaggio automatico di "Out of office"
- impostare un inoltro
- gestire le policy antispam
- gestire le cartelle IMAP sottoscritte
- impostare filtri
